PlasticFab's reputation as the leading manufacturer
of structural composites is evidenced by their international
ISO 9002 Certification. Experienced personnel review all
contracts for raw materials or subcontracted items to
ensure that proper specifications are met. Quality control
personnel are involved from start to finish assuring that
the standards set by our customers are fully met. Progressive
buy-offs of major tooling assure accuracy and completeness
of the tooling required to produce the final product.
All new programs are given complete first article inspections
before production begins. Complete verification of the
production fabrication process is obtained and recorded
where required by customer standards. PlasticFab's
testing labs consist of the newest, high-tech equipment
available for verifying mechanical properties. Our quality
control systems and manual meet the stringent specifications
set by the US military and government contractors.
