Jim Melvin, Vice President and General Manager. Jim has over twenty years of experience, including 17 years in various roles in aerospace, defense and industrial companies. Previous to PlasticFab, Jim was at Unison Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Engine Services. He was also previously employed at Texas Instruments, EG&G Sealol, and the United States Navy. Jim's previous experience was related to marketing, sales, strategic planning and/or product line management. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA.. Kevin McCulloch has been with PlasticFab for 16 years and serves as our Production Manager. During his time at PlasticFab he has worked in the following areas Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Trim Shop Tech, Lead over Receiving and Tool Control, Production Scheduler, Inventory Manager, Supervisor and Production Manager. Kathy Smithfalk, Human Resources Manager. Kathy has over 17 years of human resources experience, mostly in the manufacturing industry. Her previous experience was at The Coleman Company where she led the human resources area for over 12 years and was a part of the executive team. Marlene Gerber is currently our Production Scheduler. She has 16 years experience in Logistics and Inventory Control, 11 years attributed to Aviation Logistics Support including 8 years with the U.S.N., She has been with us for 5 years and has worked as a Composite Lay-up Tech, Inventory Control/WArehouse Supervisor and QA Lab Technician. Stan Engelbrecht has 17 years experience in the aircraft field. He has held numerous positions with PlasticFab, which include positions in the Lay-up, Bagging, Debagging, Autoclave, Metal-bond and Lead/Supervisory positions. David Fulton is the Quality Manager for Plastic Fabricating. He has 12 years experience in the field of quality assurance 4 years of that being at PlasticFab.
